ESS - Manpower was established after extensive research and needs analysis of the market in an attempt to take manpower services in KSA to the next level. Our goal is to cater to the needs of the sophisticated new generation in KSA. We are unique in our understanding of what quality of service means and in our unwavering commitment to respecting a real-time frame for every service we provide.
We are partnered with one of the top employment agencies in the Philippines, which is accredited and licensed by the Department of Labor and by the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
We require all our workers to undergo extensive training. We have agreements with the best Technical and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) licensed training centers, wherein our workers are trained. Workers do not receive training only in terms of knowledge and skills, but in terms of attitude as well. That is why our training includes personality enhancement, proper manners and attitude refinement, how to avoid homesickness as well as emotional preparation for life in KSA.

- Home safety
- How to properly take care of the newborn babies and of children
- How to take care of the elderly
- Proper grocery shopping
- Kitchen hygiene
- Housekeeping
- Food serving
- Laundry
- How to use Electrical Appliances
- Proper car washing
- Arabic and English communication
We also have a strong mind-setting training. Aside from the physical, hands-on, experiential learning, we also believe in mind setting; an attitude training that will let the household workers be emotionally and psychologically prepared and focused on their job overseas.

- Maintaining personal and work hygiene
- Do’s and Don'ts
